Lisa was a lifelong asthmatic who is very aware of the changes to her life as a result of applying the ButeykoClinic Method. In her own words- "It is the greatest gift I ever received - breathing consciously and therefore changing just being alive into being breathing alive. The groups of people who I train are amazed at how little they have to change to feel the difference of breathing. It catches ... so get caught and join us."
Lisa conducts clinics in Denmark and was accredited by the ButeykoClinic in August of 2006. She has co-authored two books on the ButeykoClinic Method- Luk Din Mund and ABC to be Asthma Free. Lisa also works as a trained and licensed NLP psychotherapist with special focus on Mindfulness
