Tess Graham's "Relief from Snoring and Sleep Apnoea" truly honours all it claims to be - "a step-by-step guide to restful sleep and better health through changing the way you breathe". As a natural health practitioner of forty years experience, and having studied countless texts on breathing, I heartily recommend this book as one of the best I have ever read on the subject. As well as being a specialist practitioner in her field, Tess Graham is a phenomenally brilliant educator with a writing style that makes the reader feel that she is right there in the room with them. The presentation of material that would normally be difficult to explain is made crystal clear and with such an entertaining flair.
Fellow readers and better health seekers this book is not just for snoring and sleep apnoea sufferers - it's for all of us. Better breathing brings better health to everyone. Many know this, but people get so confused about breathing, with all the different styles and methods out there. As Tess puts it, so cleanly, so clearly, "If you want your body to function properly, there is only one way to breathe. And that is, to breathe correctly - with physiologically correct breathing."After reading this book you will know what that is and how to achieve it.
Well done Tess Graham. Thank you for this amazing book.
